Local-First Design

Your scripts are created and stored locally on your Mac. Telepane does not use servers, accounts, or sign-up. We have no access to your content.

No Analytics or Tracking

Telepane contains no analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or behavioral metrics. The app includes no tracking domains.

No Network Requests

Telepane does not make network requests. Your scripts never leave your device.

Input Monitoring Permission

Telepane may request Input Monitoring permission (macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security) to support game controller input while the app runs in the background. This permission is used solely to read game controller button and stick events. No keyboard input, mouse movement, or other device input is monitored, recorded, stored, or transmitted. You can revoke this permission at any time in System Settings.

Data We Collect

None. Telepane does not collect any personal data, usage data, or device identifiers.

Third-Party Services

None. Telepane does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs.

Children's Privacy

Telepane does not collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Telepane after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
